Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our New Lisbon dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in New Lisbon, WI is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of New Lisbon well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
We keep a small, accountable roster rather than a rotating pool of subcontractors — the technician you talk to on the phone is trained to the same standard as the one who'll actually be standing in your New Lisbon kitchen.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in New Lisbon started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.

Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a New Lisbon home needs, not just the easy jobs.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across New Lisbon, WI rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in New Lisbon, WI homes.

Whether it's a single kitchen faucet swap or a full bathroom remodel's worth of fixtures, our team handles the rough-in and finish work in one visit where possible.
